AGREEMENT ON CONTRACT TERMINATION

合同终止协议

Date日期：2020.10.17 This is a contract termination agreement between Norway XXX ASA (The seller) and Guangzhou YYY Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd(The Buyer). Supplier should deliver product to SHENZHEN airport as per Contract Number F-SZ-202001, but as the flight route changed, both parties have agreed to terminate the contract effective October 17th 2020.

兹有Norway XXX ASA（卖家）与广州YYY 电子商务有限公司（买家）签订的一份合同，合同编号：F-SZ-202001，原定于货到深圳机场，由于航班更改，经双方协商同意于2020年10月17日取消此次合同订单。

The parties agree that:

双方达成协议如下：

1.同意终止合同,合同号F-SZ-202001。

Agreed to terminate the Contract,Contract No.:F-SZ-202001.

2.本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，保持效力直至双方履约完成。

This Agreement comes into effect after signature and seal by the Parties and shall remain in full force until both Parties completely perform their obligations herein

3.本协议为中、英文两种文本，一式两份。经双方确认，两种语言文本具有同等效力，在所有实质方面完全一致。

This Agreement shall be executed in English and Chinese versions simultaneously in two(2)counterparts.The parties hereby confirm that each language version is equally authentic and is consistent in all material aspects.
