Pre-op diagnosis: Post-OP of fracture on right ulna and radius (clinical union stage).
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: Removal of internal fixator.
Surgeons:
Anesthesia done: Nerve blocking of right brachial plexus.

Procedure:
1.患者麻醉实施成功后取平卧位，右上肢置于侧台上，常规消毒、铺巾。

右上肢充气
止血带充至0.04mp a。

2.沿右前臂原切口入路，逐层切开，经尺侧伸腕肌腱和尺侧屈腕肌腱间隙入路，直达
尺骨，显露钢板，将皮质骨螺钉和钢板拆除。

3.同样沿原切口入路，直达桡骨，显露钢板，将皮质骨螺钉和钢板拆除。

4.松止血带后冲洗、止血，清点器械、纱巾后逐层缝合。

5.右上肢加压包敷。

6.经PACU复苏，安返病房。
