一般的注意事項General Cautions1.回転部分には安全カバーを取付けて運転してください。
安全カバー無しでの運転は、人身事故の原因となります。
Operate this machine with the safety cover attached to the rotating parts.Operating it without the safety cover causes accidents resulting in injury or death.2.運転中、本機に触れたり、乗ったりしないで下さい。

Never touch or get on this machine during operation.Touching or getting on it causes accidents resulting in injury or death.3.機械据付及び部品交換の時、吊り荷の下には絶対立ち入らないで下さい。
人身事故の原因となります。
又、玉掛け作業は有資格者が行って下さい。
When installing the machine and replacing the parts,never enter the areas under the lifted main unit.Entering the areas causes accidents resulting in injury or death.Lifting operation should always be performed by qualified personnel.4.Vベルトの取付け、取り外しはモーターをスライドさせて行って下さい。
回転を利用しての作業はゆびを負傷する原因となります。
When attaching and removing the V belt,slide the motor.Operation using rotation causes a finger injury.5.機械が完全に停止するまでは、絶対に破砕室に手等を入れないで下さい。
負荷運転中は勿論の事、電源を切った後でも、機械の回転が完全に止まるまでは、絶対に破砕室に手、顔等を入れないで下さい。
ハンマーに叩かれて人身事故の原因となります。
機械内部の異物を取り除く時は、機械を完全に停止し、配電盤のドアがロックされている事を確認してからにして下さい。
Never put your hands,etc.into the crushing chamber before the machine stops completely.During load operation as well as after power off,never put your hands,face,etc.into the crushing chamber before the machinerotation stops completely.Doing so hits your hands,face,etc.with thehammer and causes accidents resulting in injury or death.When removing foreign materials from the inside of the machine,stop the machinecompletely and check that the distribution panel door is locked beforehand.6.運転中は絶対に給油しないで下さい。

This instruction manual is prepared for the above purpose,and describes general items necessary for using this machine satisfactorily for an extensive period of time.Be sure to read this instruction manual before installation and operation of this machine.1.本機の構造概略Rough Structure of This Machine本機は衝撃による破砕機で、供給口の上部ホッパーに投入された原料は破砕室に落下いたします。
破砕室は高マンガン鋳鋼製の打撃板と内部ライナーにて囲まれております。
破砕室内部ではハンマーが高速度で回転しており、投入された原料は連続的に強打粉砕され，更に打撃板各段に順次叩きつけられて徹底的に粉砕を繰り返す構造になっています。
This machine is the impact crusher,and the materials charged into the upper hopper on the supply port drop into the crushing chamber.The crushing chamber is enclosed by the manganese cast steel breaker plate and internal liner.The crushing chamber is structured so that the hammer rotates at high speed inside and the charged materials are continuously hit hard and crushed,sequentially hurled against the stages of impact plate,and thoroughly crushed repeatedly.本機はロストルの間隙を変えることにより製品粒度を調整することができます。
このロストルは粉砕に使うのではなく、粗篩分けを行うのが目的ですので、ロストル無しで使用することもあります。
This machine allows adjustment of product viscosity by changing the grate clearance.This grate is not used for crushing,but is used for rough sieving.This machine may also be used without the grate.主軸受は粉砕運転中充分耐え得る強力なプランマブロックを使用し、軸受の防塵は両端共オイルシールにより防塵しており,給脂方式はグリースポンプによるグリース給脂となっています。
The strong plummer block that can sufficiently withstand crushing operation is used for the spindle bearing that is protected against dust on both ends by the oil seal and lubricated with grease by the grease pump.2.部品番号Part Number本書の説明の中に出てくる部品名称、部品番号は付属の部品名称図に一括して示してあります。
予備品、消耗品の御照会、御注文の際には必ずこの番号を御明示して下さい。
The part names and part numbers appearing in the explanation in this manual are listed together in the parts assembly drawing that comes with this machine.When inquiring about and ordering the spare parts and expendables,be sure to specify their numbers.3.荷降ろしUnloading荷が到着しましたら、当社よりお送りしてある荷造り明細と照合し、員数の不足がないか、輸送中に損傷を受けている部分がないか等を調べて下さい。
員数の不足、或いは現地での簡単な補修が出来ないような損傷が発見されましたら、その間の詳細な事情を当社まで至急連絡下さい。
At arrival of shipment,check against the packing list that has been sent from Maekawa to see whether there is a shortage of the quantity,there is a portion that has been damaged during transportation,etc.If a shortage of the quantity or damage that makes it impossible to make simple on-site repair is found,inform Maekawa of details about it immediately.本機械の荷降しの際のワイヤーは本体フレームの吊り穴に掛けてください。
