1. Strategic Plan: The purpose of this agency is to make the primary and junior students to find their appropriate college English tutors at the first time. English Service will cooperate with our school's major departments and communities. Having excellent tutors is not enough , our English Service also require huge human resources to help us advertise and manage our agent. (1)We'll find the high academic English fans, through the learning department , based on their own expertise in listening, reading, translation, writing and interpretation assign to the different needs of students (2) School Propaganda Department will be responsible for our Service and other departments' Publicity so as to draw on more and more outstanding college students to join our Service (3) School Information Service Department is responsible for establishing and maintaining the service's site. With the continuous development of high technology, network tools are essential for us to find a steady stream of students. (4) Department of Social Practice is mainly responsible for our English Service's publicity outside the school. At the same time, they will try to open up more new English positions for our tutors. With the growth of our agent, we will make great efforts to develop and research new social services.

1. To motivating employees Our club can easily find qualified part-time employees, because we are the students who major in English and we can do the job. We offer compensation that is slightly higher than other agency. It allows flexible work schedules so that students can work fewer hours in particular week if they have a major exam or class project. 2. Human resource planning our club's part time staffing needs are filled by hiring students who are currently majoring in English at the college of foreign language. The typical task of part-time employees includes English Tutor for middle and primary school and English Tutor for high school. Students can submit application online. 3. Employee evaluation Part-time employees are evaluated according to their students’ feedback. The survey includes if the students are satisfied with their tutors’ teaching and if they have progress in their English.

Nowadays more and more parents lay emphasis on the score of children’s study, and pay much money to engage family teachers. This provides a good chance to practice their abilities. Campus English Tutor Service builds a cooperation bridge between parents and college students. We recruit the college students of ability and responsible as the English tutors, looking for the different age students who needs tutor, and choose the best tutor personnel.
