So they establish business relations with the exporter. As requesting, the exporter sends an illustrated catalog and a list of the price. According to the negotiation, they determine the types of products, the price and the terms of payment and so on. Finally, they prepared the sales contract.
They have made some documents, such as the L/C, B/L and Commercial Invoice etc.. So they conclude a successful deal.
