Note down the things in logbook which are needed to follow up and brief to afternoon shift 将有待跟进的内容记录在交班本上并与中班同事交接 20.Prepare the shift report each 4 hours and filed in computer. 每4个小时准备应急报表,并做好存盘。 21.Check the OUTLOOK to get the amendment information each 1 hours. 每一个小时须检查OUTLOOK上面的新信息.
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE CHECK LIST 对客服务部每日工作检查表 Morning shift: 07:00-15:30 早 班 1. 15 minutes earlier arrival department. 提前15分钟到岗 2. Check grooming & working area environment 检查自己的仪容仪表和工作区域卫生 3. Familiar today’s occupancy, VIP in house & arrival & event arrangement 熟悉当天入住率,VIP在住和预期抵店贵宾以及酒店活动安排 4. Read Front desk reception logbook & implement the things night shift haven’t completed. 阅读交班记录,落实交班内容 5. Handover cash float, foreign Exchange, credit card sheet, invoice, safty box keys properly. 交接备用金,兑换柜,信用卡单,发票及保险箱钥匙 6. Prepare small change for guest checking out. 提前准备零钱以备结帐 7. Check trace report. 检查跟踪报表并落实 8. Check billing for due-out rooms 提前检查离店客人帐单 9. Check due out group pre-pay payment was settle or not, if not, report it to Shift leader handle查看离店团队如有尚未付款的情况需及时向主管汇报 10. Pre-assign rooms for SPG guests and special request guest , notify & remind housekeeping clean the room for early arriving guest 提前为本SPG和有特殊要求的客人排房, 通知并督促客房部为早到的客人赶房 13. Notify all concerning Dept. prepare amenity for VIP set up 通知相关部门为贵宾准备VIP待遇 14. Check in arrival guest & modify all check in guest into system 为抵店客人办理入住登记手续,并将早班入住的客人资料输入电脑 DATE: 日
