2.3 working systerm: A3( use for occasionally workplace, such as assembly workshop)按确定的起重量、跨度和工作制度，可查阅随机附加的桥式起重机总图和小车图纸中的技术特性表和需要的外形尺寸参数。
Base for certain elevating capacity,span and work systerm , handlers can look upthe general drawing of the overhead crane girder, list of technical characteristic in the drawing of the trolly and needed outline dimensional parameters起重量用分数表示时，分子表示主起升重量，分母表示副起升重量。
While elevating capacity use fraction represent, molecule repersent the major elevating capacity, denominator represent deputy elevating capacity.3. 结构3. CONSTRUCTION整台起重机是由桥架、小车（装有起升机构和运行机构）、起重机运行机构和电气设备四大部分组成。
The whole crane girder is consist of four parts : crane span structure, trolly( with hoist gear and running gear), the running gear of crane and electric equipments起升机构、小车运行机构和起重机运行机构是起重机的三个工作机构，各机构都备有单独的电动机，进行各自的驱动。
Hoist gear ,the running gear of crane and the running gear of crane are three working gear of crane, each gear has indvidual electromotor can do respective driving32/10吨的起重机，具有两个吊钩，因此有主、副两套独立的起升机构。
主钩用来提升重的物件，副钩除可提升较轻的物件外，在它额定的负荷范围内也可用来协同主钩倾转或翻倒工件之用。
但必须注意的是，不允许两个吊钩同时提升两个物件。
两个吊钩一起工作时，物件的重量不许超过主钩额定起重量本起重机共有二套起升机构。
，所吊运的物件重量不应超过起重机的额定起重量，每个吊钩只可起吊该吊钩的额定起重量。
The 30/10 ton cranhas two lifting hook, therefore,it has main and deputy in total two hoist gears. The main lifting hook use for lift heavy article, besides the deputy lifting hook use for lift lighter article, it also can use for helping main hook to vert or turnover article in its rated range of load. However, it should pay attention to not allow lifting two articles with two hooks in the same time. If two hooks are working in the same time, the weight of article should not exceed rated range of load of the main hook.This crane has two hoist gears. The weighgt of swing article should not exceed rated range of load of the crane, each hook only can lift its rated range of load.3.1金属结构3.1 METAL STRUCTURE金属结构包括桥架、小车架和操纵室。
桥架是由两根箱形主梁、两根箱形端梁和主梁两侧的走台所组成。
在主梁的上盖板上铺设轨道，供小车行走之用。
与主梁连接的一侧走台上安装起重机的运行机构。
另一侧走台安装小车导电的滑线。
走台的外侧都有栏杆，以保障检修人员的安全。
Metal structure is consists of crane span structure, trolly frame and handingroom.Crane span structure is consist of two pieces of box-type girders , two pieces of girders and on both sides of the runway. On the main girder lay track on upper cover plate in order to for the car to walk. One side of the walking aborad connected to the main girder crane install running gear. The other side of swaliking aborad install slide wire for electric. Both sides of walking aborad have rails to ensure the safety of the maintenance staff.主梁与端梁进行刚性联接，两根端梁的中部是用螺栓连接起来的可拆件。
