1•课程描述（中英文）：
帆船运动是水上运动项目之一，是依靠自然风力作用于帆上，山人驾驶船只行驶的一项集竞技、娱乐和探险于一体的体育运动。

它具有较高的观赏性，备受人们的喜爱。

现代帆船运动已经成为沿海发达国家和地区最为普及的体育活动之一，也是各国人民进行海洋文化交流的重要渠道。

教学内容包括帆船运动的沿革，帆船构造、分类和级别，航海运动常识，帆船航行基本原理，帆船装备，奥帆赛和竞赛规则以及帆船直线驶操作技术和帆船改变航向操作技术讲解，在掌握帆船构造及组装的前提下，重点对帆船运动原理进行学习，促进学生帆船技术学习，了解帆船文化和规则，能够欣赏高水平帆船比赛。

Sailing is one of the water sports, relying on the natural wind force on the sail, sailing by a man of a set of sports, entertainment and adventure in one body. It has a high ornamental, much loved by people. Modern sailing has become one of the most popular sports activities in the developed coastal countries and regions, and also an important channel for people of all countries to exchange marine culture・ The contents of the course include the history of sailing, the structure, classification and level of sailing, general knowledge of sailing, basic principles of sailing, sailing equipment, the Olympic sailing competition and competition rules, as well as the instruction on the straight-line operation of sailboats and the course-changing operation of sailboats. On the premise
of mastering the construction and assembly of sailboats, the focus is on the study of the principles of Sailboat Movement to promote the study of sailboat skills among students, understand the culture and rules of sailing and be able to appreciate high level sailing conipetition.
2.设计思路：
初步掌握帆船运动的理论知识与文化、基本技术和竞赛规则；增强学生体质，开阔视野，培养勇敢的意志品质和“博风斗浪”的精神。

二、课程目标
掌握帆船构造及组装的前提下，重点对帆船运动原理进行学习，并能进行一定阐述，促进学生帆船技术学习，明确迎风、横风及顺风技术的应用，了解帆船文化和规则，能够欣赏高水平帆船比赛，培养爱国主义主人翁精神。
