EN 61000-6-3 RADIO DISTURBANCE CHARACTERISTICS2.1 Radiated Emission Test Measurement Procedure & Limit2.1.1 Measurement Procedure2.1.1.1 The equipment was set up as per the test configuration to simulate typical actual usage perthe user’s manual. When the EUT is a tabletop system, a wooden turntable with a height of0.8 meters is used which is placed on the ground plane as per EN 61000-6-3 (see TestFacility for the dimensions of the ground plane used). When the EUT is a floor-standing equipment, it is placed on the ground plane which has a 3-12 mm non-conductive covering to insulate the EUT from the ground plane.2.1.1.2 Support equipment, if needed, was placed as per EN 61000-6-3.2.1.1.3 All I/O cables were positioned to simulate typical actual usage as per EN 61000-6-3.2.1.1.4 Make sure the EUT work normally during the test.2.1.1.5 The antenna was placed at 3 meter or 10 meter away from the EUT as stated in EN61000-6-3. The antenna connected to the Analyzer via a cable and at times a pre-amplifier would be used.2.1.1.6 The Analyzer / Receiver quickly scanned from 30MHz to 1000MHz. The EUT testprogram was started. Emissions were scanned and measured rotating the EUT to 360 degrees and positioning the antenna 1 to 4 meters above the ground plane, in both the vertical and the horizontal polarization, to maximize the emission reading level.2.1.1.7 The following test mode(s) were scanned during the preliminary test:2.1.2 Radiated Emission LimitFrequency (MHz) Distance(m)Maximum Field Strength Limit(dBuV/m/ Q.P.)30-230 3 40.00 230-1000 3 47.00**Note: The lower limit shall apply at the transition frequency.2.2 Block Diagram Of Test SetupBattery EUT :MobileModel :BL-4BTechnical data DC 3.7V 600mA2.2.1 Radiation Emission Test2.3 Summary DataRadiated Emission TestTest Result: PASSOriginal Data:Test Mode: NormalTemperature: 24o C Humidity: 48%RHLocation: 3m Semi-anechoic Chamber(The chart below shows the readings taken from the Original data)Frequency Reading(Peak) Correct Result Limit Margin Remark(MHz) (dBuV) Factor(dB)(dBuV) (dBuV) (dB)200.0432 24.68 6.58 31.26 40.00 -8.74 H134.0194 26.85 4.32 31.17 40.00 -8.83 H31.9586 21.09 6.77 27.86 40.00 -12.14 H363.5231 21.00 10.95 31.95 47.00 -15.05 H620.1167 21.01 14.24 35.25 47.00 -11.75 H-14.63 V 363.5231 21.42 10.95 32.37 47.00-16.86 V 261.2730 21.16 8.98 30.14 47.00-15.83 V 172.5976 19.09 5.08 24.17 40.00-14.42 V 134.0194 21.26 4.32 25.58 40.00-12.12 V31.9586 21.11 6.77 27.88 40.00**NOTE: “---” denotes the emission level was or more than 2dB below the Average limit, so no re-check anymore.Freq. = Emission frequency in MHzRaw Data (dBuV) = Uncorrected Analyzer / Receiver readingCorr.
