• 液压控制单元 • 主要用途: • 通过电脑板的对三个调 节器(主,从离合)调 节与一个传感器的监视 来调节车速监测油压。 • 原理: • 通过手动阀的滑动来决 定挡位的“驻 退 停 进”, 而三个调节器的调节程 序是由电脑板之前设定 好的目标值与车辆行驶 时通过阀体给出的实际 值比对来看出车辆内部 是否正常。

• CVT是依靠油压转动,而油压的供给以及供给的 大小则是根据连接发动机输出轴的转数,因为 CVT内部的油泵轴与发动机输出轴相连,当车挂入 D挡后,随着发动机转速,转速越高CVT内的油 压越大,车速也就越快。

CVT数据连接口
• 主要接口
– 16 针脚圆形接口:内接:CVT内部压力调节与监控部件终端(阀体, 转速 传感器,挡位传感器)。 外接:TCU与ECU的对CVT的指命传输 设备,从而 实现TCU与变速器之间信息传递与执行。

• 1 2 3 • 3 为高速行驶时,随着发动机的高速旋转,油泵提 供给主动锥轮相当大的油压,内部此刻已经有了 高油压,从动锥轮仍是跟随主动锥轮变化 • 区别于AT或MT齿轮固定齿数的限制,充分利用了 发动机转速,所以在高速时CVT更加省油。 • 图 3 :主动与从动的传动比的最佳状态

• 驻车机构:驻车锁死状态,因为锁的是从动轮,又因为从动轮和它接 力连接部分(中间齿轮,差速器,半轴,轮毂)都是同固定齿数的齿 轮连接,所以一但锁死了从动轮,也就是锁死了车轮 异响 驻车机构 损坏

• 变速箱内部油泵。
• 油压的产生与结束则取决于车辆的发动机启动和熄火。当 车起动后,发动机输出轴与CVT输入轴连接开始旋转,发 动机这时油泵就进入了工作状态,也就是说油泵轴开始旋 转向CVT的各个部分(主动锥轮,从动锥轮,前进或后退 离合器,钢带的润滑,阀体液压调整以及行星齿轮润滑) 供油供压。案例\P1765故障.docx
