Nowadays,there are more and more people who have participated in the test for national civil servants. Especially to the young generation living in the big cities, they tend to take part in the lions of students choose civil servant as their most ideal Occupation after graduation.The craze in civil servant t e s t h a s a t t r a c t e d w i d e s p r e a d a t t e n t i o n. Why the phenomenon of craze for civil service examinations has arouse wide concern among the people who care about the young people. Firstly , nowadays college . students face great employment pressure . Pressure from education, family and career. It is easy to blame the school for charging too much money but teaching too little knowledge, the family members for the heavy burden, and the society
for the fierce competition. Secondly
,in recent years,the welfare and salary of civil servants have been improved greatly,and so on.
In my opinion ,the craze in civil servant test will continue
if we donot pay attention to the phenomenon of craze for civil service examinations and solve the problem .if most high Quality talents gather in the government departments,it might lead to a
waste of resources.what’s more ,from the long run ,it doesn’t do
good to the development of the nation. I hope that this problem can be perfectly solved in the near future。
