Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for personnel and organizational development and training
at all sites in China
Develop people´s skills and contribute to the organizational
effectiveness in order to fulfill current and future business needs
Add value, further develop culture and support processes of change Ensure Personnel & Organizational Development philosophy, tools and
processes
Participate in and lead projects for the entire spectrum, from conception through implementation. Identify general need for
continuing education and ensure implementation and maintenance Design, initiate and consult internal development
measures (job rotation, enrichment, cross-training)
Assist in helping management to identify the positions for succession
planning
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in a Learning
or Organization Development role, Experience working in large
corporations
with global manufacturing and or auto manufacturing
preferred
Good knowledge in the fields of overall HR work based on concepts,
principles and operational work experience
Personal initiative, working independently, intercultural
competence
Strong ability to integrate and involve people
Good leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and management skills
