吉林油田水平井机械找堵水技术研究与应用
Research and Application of Mechanical Plugging Technology for Horizontal Wells in Jilin Oilfield
【摘要】水平井是特殊油气藏开采的重要技术手段,它是提高油井产量、提高油田开发效益的一项开发技术。

水平井是通过扩大油层的泄油面积来提高油井产量的一项开发技术。

截止2011年底,吉林油田共完成浅层水平井314口,其中采油井273口,注水井4口,气井37口。

目前含水在90%以上的水平井有60口,高产液高含水的水平井有26口。

水平井均为多段开采,出水层段认识不清,有必要进行水平井找水及堵水技术研究与应用,以提高水平井稳产的开发周期,提高水平井最终采收率。

该论文总结了近年来国内外水平井机械找堵水技术,并提出了存在的问题。

结合吉林油田水平井的实际情况,提出了水平井找堵水设计的必要性,设计难点及解决方法。

通过研究与试验,目前形成两种水平井分段智能找水测试技术,一种是水平井找水测试工艺技术,该技术采用油管带着找水测试工具下入井内水平段,采用封隔器将各射孔段卡开,采用智能找水测试仪进行轮抽测试；另一种是水平井找堵一体化工艺技术,该项技术利用油管将水平井找堵一体化工具带到井下水平段,采用封隔器将水平段各射孔段有效分隔,压电开关按预定时序控制各段的开关动作,单独生产目的层段。
