本规范适用于对不锈钢紧固件加工厂商的技术质量认证和生产用不锈钢紧固件的检验验收。
简介:本文对华为技术有限公司产品上所使用的不锈钢紧固件规定了材料类型和主要性能指标,同时对不锈钢紧固件制造商的技术能力作了要求。
本文主要用于对不锈钢紧固件制造商及其不锈钢紧固件产品进行鉴定、以及在生产过程中进行来料检验。

凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本规范,然而,鼓励根据本规范达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的术语和定义:1. 不锈钢紧固件质量要求1.1. 材质要求不锈钢紧固件须采用表1中所列牌号的奥氏体不锈钢,每一牌号的化学成份以符合GB/T1220为准(表1仅供参考)。
不锈钢闭口抽芯铆钉的芯部材料也必须符合以上规定。
供应商每批来料必须检验,需保留检验报告以备查。
这些牌号的钢的化学成分应符合GB/T1220或ASTM A276 标准。
同时应保证这些不锈钢材料有可靠的来源,推荐使用国内外大型不锈钢生产企业产品。
表1.允许使用的不锈钢紧固件材料牌号可以用X射线荧光法(XRF)或化学分析法对钢的合金成分进行检测,当出现争议时,以化学分析法为准,化学分析方法按照GB 223《钢铁及合金化学分析方法》规定执行。
1.2. 外观要求在300-500LUX的照度下,目视检查不锈钢紧固件的表面,眼睛与零件间的距离约50cm,每件检查时间5~10秒,紧固件上应无生锈、裂纹、金属碎屑残留、牙型缺陷等不良现象。
1.3. 尺寸及公差要求不锈钢紧固件的尺寸及公差按GB 193《普通螺纹直径与螺距系列(直径1~600mm)》、GB 196《普通螺纹基本尺寸(直径1~600mm)》和GB 197《普通螺纹公差与配合(直径1~355mm)》规定。
铆钉的尺寸和公差按GB 116《铆钉技术条件》执行。
1.4. 机械性能要求1.4.1. 普通不锈钢螺栓和螺母1.4.1.1 普通不锈钢螺栓和螺母需要测试的机械性能项目见表2表2.普通不锈钢螺栓和螺母需要测试的机械性能项目1.4.1.2 普通不锈钢螺栓和螺母机械性能指标用于紧固件的A2、A4组别的奥氏体不锈钢紧固件性能分为50、70、80三个等级,其机械性能应满足表3,最小破坏扭矩参考GB3098.6的要求。
表3.奥氏体不锈钢紧固件机械性能1.4.2. 不锈钢铆钉1.4.2.1 不锈钢铆钉需要测试的机械性能项目抽芯铆钉测试最小抗剪载荷和最小抗拉载荷参见GB3098.19的要求;压铆螺钉测试最小松脱力矩参见DKBA04800128。
1.4.2.2 不锈钢铆钉机械性能指标抽芯铆钉机械性能指标参见GB3098.19,压铆螺钉、螺母的机械性能指标参见DKBA04800128。
1.4.3. 不锈钢弹垫1.4.3.1 弹性要求标准型、轻型和重型弹簧垫圈按表4规定的试验载荷连续加载三次后,自由高度不小于1.67S公称。
波形和鞍形弹簧垫圈不应小于表5的规定。
表4.弹簧垫圈弹性试验加载载荷表5.波形、鞍形弹簧垫圈弹性试验后自由高度(mm)1.4.3.2 韧性要求将不锈钢弹垫夹于虎钳和扳手之间,虎钳和扳手之间的距离等于垫圈外径的二分之一(如图1),将扳手向顺时针方向缓慢扭转45º,弹垫不得断裂;然后继续扭转,直到扭断为止,目测断面,断面应平滑。
图1.弹垫韧性试验示意图1.4.4. 其他不锈钢紧固件其他不锈钢紧固件应符合相应图纸或国标要求。
1.5. 环保性能要求不锈钢紧固件产品必须符合华为的环保要求,具体要求参见DKBA2332《华为采购物料环保规范》,生产商应按照DKBA2332的规定对每一种材料和表面处理方法的不锈钢紧固件产品提供相应的检测报告或资料。
1.6. 耐蚀性能要求不锈钢紧固件必须按DKBA0.450.0026《不锈钢钝化技术规范》进行钝化处理。
钝化后每生产批取至少 5 件紧固件,按IEC 60068-2-11做240小时中性盐雾测试,测试后,不能有任何红色锈点出现;对于压铆螺母、压铆螺柱或阴阳螺钉应用303材质的,做48小时中性盐雾测试,测试后,不能有任何红色锈点出现1.7. 钝化膜质量要求(蓝点法)1. 验收规则每生产批至少检查一次,每次取10个零件进行试验,若有一个零件不合格,则该批零件退回重新钝化处理。
被测试的零件应重新钝化后方可交检。
2. 试验方法:按GB25150要求,在选定的金属表面上用0.5mL玻璃注射器滴出0.1 mL蓝点液,30s内应无蓝点出现。
如零件较小,可将其浸入蓝点液5秒钟后取出,观察。
30s内应无蓝点出现。
注1:蓝点液应保存在棕色玻璃瓶中,有效期为7天;注2:本测试中,注射器针头为一次性使用物品,每组测试都应使用新针头;注3:试验溶液用浸渍法试验时,只使用一次。
1.8. 标识要求对公称直径d≥ 5 mm的外六角螺栓和内六角圆柱头螺钉、螺纹直径≥5 mm的螺母必须用凹字或凸字标识,标识的内容包括厂家标识(或商标)和“材料组别-性能等级”标识,如图2~图4所示。
“材料组别-性能等级”标识如“A2-70”等。
图2.外六角螺栓标识图3.内六角螺栓标识图4.六角螺母标识2. 不锈钢紧固件的生产要求紧固件生产厂商必须提供以下检测报告:a) 每批不锈钢原材料的合金成分检测报告(可以是原材料供应商提供的对应批次的检测报告);检测报告中的合金成分必须在GB/T 1220相应牌号的范围之内, 如表1所示。
b) 每批原材料所生产的紧固件的机械性能检测报告。
性能指标应满足1.4的要求。

For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.Term&Definition11 Requirements for Stainless Steel Fasteners1.1 Requirements for MaterialsAs a general rule, the stainless steel fasteners need to use the austenitic stainless steel with the steel grades listed in Table 1. The chemical composition of steel with these steel grades need to conform to the GB/T1220 or ASTM A276 standard. At the same time the materials of these types of stainless steel must derive from reliable sources and the products made by large-scale stainless steel producers from home and abroad are preferred.Table 1 Materials and Steel Grades of Permitted Stainless Steel Fasteners①:303 only can be used for self-clinching nuts, self-clinching standoffs or spacer support.The alloy composition of steel can be inspected by either an atomic absorption spectrometer or by chemical analysis. When disputes occur the chemical analysis method is taken as standard. The chemical analysis method can be done according to the GB 223 Chemical Analysis Method of Steel and Alloy.1.2 Requirements for AppearanceUnder the illumination of 300-500 LUX, the stainless steel fasteners can be inspected visually at a distance of about 50 cm. The inspection time for each part is 5–10 seconds and no rust, cracks, metal fragments, or thread defects is allowed.1.3 Requirements for Size and ToleranceThe sizes and tolerances of the stainless steel fasteners should comply with GB 193 Regular Screw Thread: Diameter and Pitch Series (diameter 1–600 mm), GB 196 Regular Screw Thread: Basic Size (diameter 1–600 mm) and GB 197 Regular Screw Thread: Tolerance and Cooperation (diameter 1–355 mm). The sizes and tolerances of rivets should comply with the GB 116 Technical Requirements for Rivets.1.4 Requirements for Mechanical Property1.4.1 Regular Stainless Steel Bolts and Nuts1.4.1.1 For mechanical properties of regular stainless steel bolts and nuts that need to be tested, see Table2. Then the free heights should be no less than 1.67S nominal. The distance between the clamp and spanner is half the outside diameter of the washer (as shown in Figure 1-1). Turn the spanner 45º clockwise without crack of washer. Schematic view showing the elasticity of spring washer1.4.4 Other Stainless Steel FastenersOther stainless steel fasteners do not have requirements concerning special mechanical properties.1.5 Requirements for Environmental PropertyThe products of stainless steel fasteners must conform to the environmental requirements of Huawei and the detailed requirements are shown in the Q/DKBA3002 Environmental Certification Guide for Purchased Materials. The producers should provide different inspection reports and information on the stainless steel fastener products with regard to each material and each surface treatment method according to the Q/DKA3002 Environmental Certification Guide for Purchased Materials.1.6 Requirements for Corrosion Resisting PropertyThe stainless steel fasteners must be passivated according to the DKBA0.450.0026 Specification of Stainless Steel Passivation. For non- turning fasteners, after passivation, withdraw at least five pieces of stainless steel fasteners from each production batch, and conduct 240-hour neuter salt fog testing according to the IEC 60068-2-11. After testing, no rust spots is allowed to appear. For turning fasteners, after passivation, withdraw at least five pieces of stainless steel fasteners from each production batch, and conduct 48-hour neuter salt fog testing After testing, no rust spots is allowed to appear. But the turning fasteners only can be 303, which only can be used indoor.1.7 Quality test method of passive film (Blue dot method)1. Rule: withdraw ten pieces stainless steel fasteners for test form each batch. The whole batch must be re-passivated if anyone failed.2. Method: following the GB25150, drip 0.1mL Blue-Dot-Solution on the sample surface using the 0.5mL glass injector. Any blue dot can not be obvious. For the small sample, dip it into the solution for five minute.The storage time of the blue dot solution is 7 d in brown glass.Using the new pinhead each test. Using the new solution each test.1.8 Requirements for MarksUse gib and embossment marks in hexagon head bolt and hexagon socket cap screw with a nominal diameter d =5 mm and in the nut with a thread diameter = 5 mm. The contents of the marks include the OEM mark (or trademark) and the “Material Group - Property Level” mark, as shown in Figure 1-2 to Figure 1-4.
