摘要
本文主要就企业投资战略的制定的路径展开论述，内容包括企业投资战略的定义及其在企业中的重要性作用；企业投资战略依据不同的特征可以划分为多种类型，如稳定性投资战略、扩张性投资战略、紧缩性投资战略和混合性投资战略。选择和制定企业投资战略还需要考虑各种因素的影响，包括对企业自身投资战略的分析，企业核心能力分析和对企业总体战略，竞争者的反映，企业筹资调配资源的能力等因素的考虑。其制定需要依一定程序——确定企业投资战略目标、战略条件分析、确定投资战略重点。企业投资战略对于企业的长远发展有着举足轻重的地位，在企业明确了自己的性质和宗旨后，通过对企业资源的合理组合运用，决定企业如何发展这些业务。在企业管理中有着极其重要的位置，因此必须得到企业管理者的重视。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise investment strategy is based on the enterprise overall management strategy, in order to maintain and expand the production scale, the investment activities were overall scheme. Enterprise investment strategy according to different features can be divided into many types such as stability, investment strategy, investment strategy, expanding tightening investment strategy and mixed investment strategy.
