1、i f I was in the Rob Leonard”s position , I will tell the truth to my boss
that I do not understand the new loan program，so I will tell my boss that I am not ready to give that speech .
in my view ,it is a wise idea that telling Mr Lorigan I am not ready to give that speech .the reasons followings: firstly ,I do not know about the new program ,perhaps, I am not doing well. Secondly, I should be responsible for my customers ,if I give that speech which I do not understand ,my customs may be do unwise decision ,even ,which will bring them loss, then my credit will lower, these will have bad effect on my company .thirdly, if I tell my boss the truth earlier , it will save time for my boss to look for reasonable people.
2、p rincipal messages : firstly ,we should know our customs ‘s
age .because sometime age will have some effect on one’s decision ,people who is older will be cautious to do loan choice .secondly, whether our customs are adventurous or not ? if our custom is a adventurous person ,he or she will invest more on the loan , maybe ,he or she looks further effectiveness and be positive about his or her income . thirdly , should our custom have the ability to repay , if our custom don’t have the ability to repay and we give him loan ,we will bring our company loss, at the same time , it is not benefit for our company to administrate customs , last but not least,
we should take our customers’s credit in consideration . if our potential custom has bad reputations to repay loan , we will refuse to give him loan . otherwise, it will improve our all aspects of cost . Case4-2
1、if I assist Ms.Allen with this event and I don’t know about it
already ，I might first understand where the speech was held, when it will be held, next, what is the purpose of the meeting, who will participate, how important this speech is, then, who will do a lecture, what is the main content, at last ,what styles and habits the reporter have，what requirements the speaker and the leader.
2、For Mr.Stemberg, there are many business goals for .this
speech , on the one hand ,through claiming the issue that the company purchases a basketball and hockey naming rights ,and succeed putting its name on a Los Angeles landmark ,Declaring to the public that the expansion of the company , on the other hand, it will add shareholders and employees’ confidences about the future of the company , at the same time ,it also expands the company's influence . For Mr.Stemberg,it declares the company achieve success on the expansion road , at the same time , that indicates determination and confidence of entering new areas of business, so the corporate
shareholders and employees should be confident of the company's future, what’s more, it also gives competitors a potential pressure and warning .
For Ms.Allen ,what practical effect she pursuits is that speech can be successful, their efforts can be harvested, their work achieve Recognition and approval by the leader .
3、i will suggest Mr.Stemberg rehearsals, the first thing I will do is taking him to the scene, then helping him practical the speech ,and Pointing out . secondly, I will tell him some attentions , such as dress, hair style , how to eliminate stress , how to control facial expression, how to seize the audience's attention, speech sight, standing and so on .。
