another用于具体的数字之前,表示一种“追加”的功能,相当于汉语“另一个;再追一个”的意思。在这种用法中,another还可以用more来表示,但结构略有不同。
如课本中的one more thing相当于another thing (还有一事)。因此,another 10 minutes也可说为10 more minutes.
