摘
随着汽车数量的日益增多,汽车废气排放物与燃油消耗量的不断上升困扰着人们,迫使人们去寻找一种能使汽车排放净化,节约燃料的新技术装置去取代已有几十年历史的化油器,七十年代末八十年代初,汽油喷射发动机悄悄地正在发达国家的轿车上占有一席之地。到了九十年代,以汽油喷射为主要控制对象的电控多点喷射发动机,大有取化油器式发动机的趋势。电控燃油的精确控制给我们带来了方便,汽车的发展离不开电子控制。

本文通过对燃油供给系统的构造、组成、工作原理、元件认识,对燃油供给系统出现一系列的故障,分析故障和故障诊断,判断故障和排除,并与实例结合分析燃油供给系统常出现故障进行分析其诱发因素诊断排除。
最后结合实例分析本田速腾、奥迪、帕萨特、卡罗拉、迈腾故障诊断方法与检修工艺,介绍了这种系统常见故障的产生原因以及这种系统的维护保养方法。最后,对广大司机正确使用这种车辆提出了可供参考的意见。

电控燃油供给系统以其体积小、成本低、可靠性高等优点,在汽车电子控制中得到越来越广泛的应用。汽油发动机燃料供给系统的电化产生,使发动机各项性能有了明显的提高,克服了化油器式发动机可燃混合气的浓度在各缸的弱点,使吸入发动机各缸内的可燃混合气的空燃比基本一致。且空气和燃油的混合均匀,因此,发动机可在较稀薄的混合气下稳定可靠地工作,从而降低了燃料的消耗,提高了汽车的经济性,环保性。然而,由于汽车控制的电子化,给汽车的诊断维修工作带来很大的困难。
