Rotating film type deaerator is recent ten year research production and promotion products which has a complete new structure. This type deaerator has been used in domestic power plants of big size, middle size and small ones, and hundreds of power plants have achieved good benefits both economic and social.经实地运行证明:新型旋膜式除氧器,不但具有运行稳定,除氧效率高,适应性能好,对水质、水温要求不苛刻等优点外,而且可超出力50%左右运行,尤其供热机组和滑压运行的除氧器更显示出其优越性能。
This type deaerator has been approved through operation that it has stable function, high deoxidation, good performance, and it is not critical to water quality and temperature, and could operate under 50% exceeding rated capacity, especially good for heating generation and slide pressure operation condition.一、用途及型号:USAGE AND MODEL NUMBERCY-、CYM-系列新型旋膜式除氧器(以下简称除氧器)是用汽轮机抽汽将锅炉给水加热到对应除氧器工作压力下的饱和温度,除去溶解于给水中的氧及其它气体,防止和降低锅炉给水管道、省煤器和其它附属设备的腐蚀。
其型号由汉语拼音字母CY(M)-和除氧器的主要特性数据(处理水量T/H)二部分组成。
CY- and CYM- serial deaerator (short as deaerator) is to heat the boiler feed water to saturated temperature corresponding to deaerator working pressure by using turbine extraction steam, eliminate the oxygen and other gas in the water, reduce the corrosion of the boiler feed water pipeline, fuel economizer and other auxiliary equipments.二、技术特性和配套参数:TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC AND PARAMETERCY-系列低压新型旋膜式除氧器: CY- serial low pressure rotating film type deaeratorCYM-系列新型除氧器: CYM- serial deaerator三、结构:STRUCTURE除氧器的结构型式参见附图。
它是由(1)外壳(2)起膜器(3)淋水蓖子(4)液汽网(5)水箱等组成。
The deaerator is composed by (1) shell (2) film collector (3) spray grate (4) liquid & steam net (5) water tank.1.外壳:是由筒身和冲压椭圆形封头焊制成。
低压中、小除氧器配有一对法兰联接上下部,供装配和检修用,高压除氧器装有供检修的入孔。
Shell is welded of cylinder and stamping elliptical head. Small and middlesize low pressure deaerator has one couple of flanges connecting the top and bottom for assembly and repair purpose. High pressure deaerator hasmanhole for repair purpose.2.起膜器:由水室、汽室、起膜管、凝结水接管、补充水接管和一次进汽接管组成。
Film collector is composed by water tank, steam room, film collect pipe,condensed water pipe, feed water pipe and inlet steam pipe.3.凝结水、化学补水、经起膜管呈螺旋状按一定的角度喷出,形成水膜裙,在此通过一次蒸汽接管引进的蒸汽加热,及由二次蒸汽接管引进的蒸汽经液汽网、水篦子后的蒸汽充分加热,达到接近除氧器工作压力下的饱和温度(即低于饱和温度2-3℃)并进行粗除氧。
一般经此膜段可除去给水中含氧量的90-95%左右。
Condensed water, chemical feed water helically sprays out at a certain angle through film collector to build up a water film net where steam from inletsteam pipe will be heated, and the steam will fully heated with outlet steam flow through liquid & steam net and the grate to achieve the saturatedtemperature to roughly deoxidation. Generally it can deoxidize 90% to 95% oxygen content.4.淋水篦子:是由数层交错排列的角形钢制件组成,经起膜段粗除氧的给水及由疏水管引进的加热器等疏水在这里混合进行二次分配,呈均匀淋雨状落到装到其下的液汽网上。
Spray grate is composed by layers crossed angle steel. There are roughlydeoxidized feed water and drain water from heater draining pipe mixed and distributed again, and regular spray to lower liquid & steam net.5.液汽网:是由相互间隔的扁钢带及一个圆筒体,内装一定高度特制的不锈钢扁丝网组成,给水在这里与二次蒸汽充分接触,加热到饱和温度并进行深度除氧,以保证除氧水中含量:低压大汽式除氧器低于10μg/L,高压除氧器低于7μg/L。
Liquid and steam net is composed by separated flat steel tape and roundcylinder with certain height of stainless steel flat wire net inside. The feedwater meets outlet steam adequately, and heat to saturated temperature to deeply deoxidation to make sure the oxygen content of low pressuredeaerator lower than 10μg/L, and 7μg/L for high pressure deaerator.6.水箱:未凝结的蒸汽和由给水解析出来的氧等气体,经装在封头上的排汽管排出,除过氧的给水汇集到除氧头的下部容器即水箱内。
Water tank, uncondensed steam and oxygen separated from feed water shall be discharged from steam discharging pipe from the head, and thedeoxidized water will flow to the water tank.四、连接系统和附件: CONNECTING SYSTEM AND ACCESSORIES除氧器在安装工地与水箱的接口圈焊接,构成除氧设备,除氧器设备附件包括:Deaerator is welded in field with the water tank interface, and the equipment accessories are listed below.1.安全阀:装有水箱上,当设备内在压力超出允许值时,安全阀自动打开泄压,起安全保护作用。
Safety Valve, it is fixed on the water tank. When the inside pressure exceeds the limit value, the safety valve will automatically open to release thepressure as safeguard.2.压力表:装在除氧器上部,监视水箱内水的压力。
Pressure gauge, it is fixed on top of the deaerator to monitor the inside water pressure of the tank.3.温度计:装在水箱下部,监视水箱内的温度。
Temperature gauge, it is fixed on water tank bottom to monitor the insidetemperature.4.蝶阀:装在加热蒸汽管路上,借助电动调整器,调节加热蒸汽流量,以使除氧器内压力保持在额客范围内。
