句子通常以What和How来引导。

（how用来修饰形容词、副词、动词）How+形容词（副词）+主语+谓语！如: How hard the workers are working!How clever the girl is!How quickly the boy is writing!关于感叹句what 和how 的区别：1.由"what"引导的感叹句："what"意为"多么"用作定语，修饰名词（被强调部分），单数可数名词前要加不定冠词a/an,复数可数名词或不可数名词前不用冠词。
这类句子的结构形式是：what+(a/an)+adj.+n.+主语+谓语+(it is).如：What a clever girl she is! 多么聪明的姑娘呀！What kind（和蔼的）women（妇女）they are!What nice（美好的）music（音乐）it is!2.由"how"引导的感叹句："how"意为"多么"，修饰形容词或副词（被强调部分）。
如果修饰形容词，则句中的谓语动词用系动词；如果how修饰副词，则句中的谓语动词用行为动词，这类句子的结构形式是：How+adj.（adv.）+主语+谓语.如：How cold today is !今天多么冷呀！How slowly he walks! 他走的真慢！注意：感叹句在表示激动强烈的感情时，口语中常常采用省略句，其后面的主语和谓语往往略去不讲。
如：What a fine day （it is）! 多么晴朗的天呀！How quickly （the boy is writing）!真快！四、答题技巧找到句子的主谓，先找谓语动词，再找主语.1.划去主谓后（有时主谓直接省略）2. 剩adj. 或adv. 则选how.3.剩含有adj.的名词短语，则选what4.切记要看名词是可数还是不可数，以及adj.是元音音素开头还是辅音音素开头。

具体步骤为：第一步：“一分”，即在谓语动词后面划一双竖线，使句子分为两部分。
如：He is ‖a very honest boy.他是一个诚实的孩子。
Li Lei works‖very hard.李雷学习很刻苦第二步：“二加”，即如果第二部分的中心词是名词，就加上what；如果是形容词或副词，就加上how.如：He is ‖(what) a very honest boy.Li Lei works‖(how) very hard.第三步：“三换”，即把第一部分与第二部分互换位置，句号换为感叹号。
如：What a very honest boy he is!How very hard Li Lei works!第四步：“四去”，即原陈述句中含有very, too等程度副词时，在变成感叹句时要去掉。
