My Attitude toWork Job
Everyone said that the attitude decides success or failure. So my attitude to work job is responsibility, enthusiastic and earnest.
First, a responsible attitude to work job is necessary for the one who undertake it. The work is took by you with others trust. For a very big program, everyone take charge of a small part of it. If the one that do that hasn’t the sense of responsible, the quality of job which did by the one is worth alarming. What’s more, no matter how the tiny of the work job of you, it may has relationship with the success of the whole program. So, the responsibility is most important attitude to work job.
Second, there are many attitudes toward work job when you do it. Different attitude lead to different results. In generally, the positive attitude of ours bring higher efficiency and more happy to the process of ours’ work than negative attitude to work job.For the process of work job, the enthusiastic attitude is like the sun.
Last, earnest is very important for work job but it’s very difficult to keep it over long periods. What the success in life just is keeping an earnest attitude to the work. There are many and different failuresin the way of work job. Earnest is the source of power which support us. To work job, we never lost the power with the attitude of earnest.
So, in my opinion, responsibility, enthusiastic and earnest is necessary factors to work job.。
