(3)数量：溢短装小于10%

⑷单价：港到岸价。
点价期为卖方收到定金之日起到货到港后21天点完。如货到港后21天内没点价，价
格将以货物到港后第21天当天的价格自动结算。

be fixed automatically basis on the day of 21days after cargos ' arrival. (5)付款条件：合同金额的30%预付款于合同日期后5天内付至卖方银行。余款(如货物到港前一天未点价，按发票的100%金额支付，不扣除订金。订金在点价后扣除)
余款在买方收到卖方提供的发票，箱单，提单、CCIC复印件后5个工作日通过内电
汇至卖方。如果货物在此之前到岸全部货款须在货物到达第一口岸前付清。根据到港
日期，卖方收到余款后在货物到港前把原始单据寄给买方。寄出所有正本单据包括
发票正本1份，箱单正本1份，提单正本三份，非木证明原件，CCIC 一正1畐叽买
方必须最晚于货物到港前3天付清货款，否则我司将保留权利转卖该批货，订金将全数没收作为补偿。

he rights to sell the shipme nt to the third party and full deposit will be forfeited as compe nsati on.
(6)装运期：卖方收到定金后的30天内装运完，允许分批装运。

(8) 短重索赔：在货物到达工厂后20天内提出索赔，双方接受重量磅差为80KGS每
个集装箱，超出磅差外重量索赔根据第一到岸口岸的港口公证磅单原始磅单提出索赔
如索赔金额多于2000美元卖方有权要求根据到货口岸SGS原始检验报告提出索赔。
检验费用由提出检验方承担。
