Abstract
The topic of curriculum design for power plant boiler flue gas dust content and other properties to design a reasonable size, performance,stability,and economic ESP.ESP is a dusty gas through a high voltage electric field in the ionization process,so that charged dust particles,and the electric field strength under the action of the dust particles deposited on the pole on the dust particles separated from the dust and gas a dust removal equipment.As the role of the static electricity on the particle is relatively large,so even if the sub-micron particles can effectively capture.In the construction and principles of ESP have a deeper understanding,after repeated adjusted parameters of each structure of design calculations,and the corona wire type,type of dust collection plate for a selection of other components,according to final results obtained ESP outline.

摘要
本次课程设计题目是针对电厂锅炉烟气的含尘量以及其他气体性质设计出一个 尺寸合理、性能稳定、经济的电除尘器。电除尘器是含尘气体在通过高压电场进行电 离的过程中,使尘粒荷电,并在电场力的作用下使尘粒沉积在集尘极上,将尘粒从含 尘气体中分离出来的一种除尘设备。由于作用在粒子上的静电力相对较大,所以即使 对亚微米级的粒子也能有效的捕集。在对电除尘器的构造以及原理有了深入了解后, 经过反复调整参数对各个结构进行了设计计算,并且对电晕线型式、集尘极板型式等 构件进行了选型,最终根据计算结果制得电除尘器的外形图。
