摘要:通过实验室沥青粘度试验与混合料击实试验,探讨添加Sasobit温拌沥青混合料拌和与压实温度的合理确定方法。
试验结果与结果分析显示,传统沥青等粘度原则方法远远低估了Sasobit的降温效果,不适用于添加Sasobit的沥青混合料。
提出了混合料等体积原则确定沥青混合料压实温度中值的方法,同时适用于净沥青混合料与Sasobit沥青混合料。
对于净沥青混合料,混合料等体积原则方法与沥青等粘度原则方法确定的压实温度实际相同;对于Sasobit沥青混合料,混合料等体积原则方法确定的压实温度与厂商的建议与迄今的实践一致。
鉴于导致Sasobit 沥青表观粘度与实际流动性差异的因素对相对值的影响有限,建议了合理假定,分别确定Sasobit 混合料压实温度的上下限以及混合料拌和温度上下限。

Determination of Mixing and Compaction Temperatures for Warm Mix Asphalt with Sasobit

Abstract: Asphalt binder viscosity tests and mixture compaction tests were conducted to explore reasonable method for determining mixing and compaction temperatures of warm mix asphalt (WMA) with Sasobit additive. Test results and result analyses indicate that traditional binder equiviscous principle is not applicable to Sasobit mixture due to significant underestimation of temperature-decreasing effect of the additive. A mixture equivolumetric principle is proposed, which is applicable to both neat binder and Sasobit mixtures to determine the compaction temperature. For neat binder。
