热处理对于充分发挥金属材料的性能潜力,提高产品的内在质量,节约材料,减少能耗,延长产品的使用寿命,提高经济效益都具有十分重要的意义。
正所谓“工欲善其事,必先利其器”,那么也就必须给热处理一个良好的环境及先进设备,总的来说就是一个设计得当的热处理车间。
设计的主要内容整个热处理车间的设计过程。
从热处理车间的分类和特性、热处理车间生产任务、工作制度及年时基数、工艺设计、热处理设备的选择与计算、车间设备组织与布置、热处理车间建筑物与构筑物、车间动力和辅助材料消耗量计算、热处理的生产安全与环境保护、热处理车间人员定额、热处理车间的建设投资及技术经济指标等方面,对热处理车间进行设计。
从热处理技术的现状和水平,掌握其发展趋势,大力发展先进的热处理新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,用高新技术改造传统的热处理技术,实现“优质、高效、节能、降耗、无污染、低成本、专业化生产”的方向上设计热处理车间。
