音标基础学习一． 元音字母和元音英语字母有26个，其中a[ei]、e[i:]、i[?ai ]、o[eu]、u[ju:]五个字母是元音字母，其他的是辅音字母。
元音字母发音时不受到发音器官的阻碍，辅音是指发音时受到发音器官的阻碍发出的声音。
