摘要:中空介孔粒子因低密度,大的比表面积,良好的负载能力,高的渗透性和大的孔体积,可调的多孔壳结构等独特的性质而备受推崇。

本文中利用“结构差异选择性刻蚀”的方法,成功地合成了尺寸在250 nm左右,同时具有可调的大孔和小孔双介孔壳层结构的花瓣状中空二氧化硅微球。

并选用不同浓度的氨水和不同量的碳酸钠溶液做为刻蚀剂来研究实心二氧化硅核/介孔二氧化硅壳(sSiO2@mSiO2)核壳微球在碱性高温条件下的结构演变。

制备出了均质摇铃状,花瓣状,花生状等各种结构的介孔中空二氧化硅微球,对其形成机理做出了解释,指出刻蚀剂溶液中自由羟基的数量对最终微球结构起决定作用。

这种结构演变机理为介观尺度范围内,介孔二氧化硅微球形态和结构的设计和控制提供了一种崭新的路径。

Abstract: Hollow spherical materials with porous shells are of great interest in many 
current and emerging areas of technology due to their unique properties, such as low 
density, large surface area, excellent loading capacity, high permeability, adjustable and 
well-defined pore structure. In this paper, we report a controllable synthesis of 
flower-type hollow mesoporous silica microspheres with tunable smaller pores and 
lager pores in the shell by the "structural difference-based selective etching" method. It is found out that the structure of solid silica core/mesoporous silica shell (sSiO2@mSiO2)microspheres could evolve from core/shell structure to rattle-type, hollow structure,flower-type structure, and peanut-type structure with various etching agent and different concentration of etching solution. The mechanism of the structural evolution was further studied, and found that the concentration or source of hydroxide ions in the etching agent solution is the key point for this structural evolution. The formation mechanism of such a structural evolution may provide a flexible and effective way to design and control of morphologies of mesoporous silica micropheres at the mesoscopic level.
