于健身、防卫、陶冶情操,无不益处。

通过擒拿格斗的学习可以全面了解中华武术本质(踢、打、摔、拿),掌握健身自卫的方法。

Chinese martial arts have a mysterious and intricate content and a long history, with variations in the movements of fists and numerous sects. Martial arts can be
used to strengthen the body as well as defend oneself. As an important skill in martial arts, fighting is known for the charm of skills, changeable movements of fists, feet and the body and abundant contents , which is most attracting and exciting if you keep the exercise. It will definitely do you much good to keep it, which will enable you to become more healthy, defend yourself and keep mental balance. You will be able to understand the nature of Chinese martial arts, including kicking, beating, wrestling and capture and learn ways of self-defence.
