3.4目的港：韩国仁川港。

4.数量Quantity
4.1 数量：每月10万吨（分1-3船装运）或两船
Quantity: 100,000 Metric tons per month/（in one-Three-vessel shipment）OR tow shipment
4.2 允差：10%的增减由卖方选择. Tolerance: +/-10% at seller’s option
4.3 合同有效期为2010年11月25日至2011年12月31日
The contract is valid for : September 25, 2010, 2010 to December 31rd, 2011
4.4第一单试运行5万吨(允许相差10%左右) Trial shipment is 50000MT +/- 10%.
4.5开证总金额：.USD4,900,000 Amount: USD4,900,000.

任何一项时超标拒收Any of the quality limits as per above parameters.
6.2 由第5条规定的煤炭质量不符而发生拒收产生的一切费用与责任均由卖方承担。
All cost and responsibility incurred to Buyers and Sellers as a result of the rejection of Coal quality pursuant to Article 6.1 shall be borne by Sellers.
