All cost and responsibility incurred to Buyers and Sellers as a result of the rejection of Coal quality pursuant to Article 6.1 shall be borne by Sellers.7.数量与质量的认定Determination of Quantity and Quality7.1装船前检验Pre-Shipment Inspection7.1.1 买方指定的检验公司（SGS)或INTERTEK在装运港进行装船前检验，费用由卖方承担，SGS检验公司将出具一份装船前的重量、品质预检验报告给买方和卖方。
该份检验报告将根据国际标准操作方式进行取样和化验，包含重量、水分和相关化学品质。
买方指定的检验公司（SGS) 或INTERTEK出具的该份装船前报告将作为信用证项下付款单据之一。
The buyer specifies inspection Corporation (SGS) OR INTERTEK in the port of shipment for pre-shipment inspection, at the expense of the seller SGS) ORINTERTEK inspection of the company will produce a pre-shipment weight and quality inspection reports to the buyer and the seller. The inspection report will be based on international standards and practices for sampling and laboratory testing, including weight, moisture and related chemical quality. The buyer specifies inspection Corporation(SGS) ORINTERTEK issued by the pre-shipment report will be binding and final in the documentary letter of credit payment beneath.7.2. 如果(SGS)OR INTERTEK的报告中显示的品质达到本合同规定的拒收标准，则该报告作为拒收的重要依据。
If the Intertek report indicated the quality up to this rejection criteria stipulated in the contract, then the report will be the base for rejection.7.3 最终检验Final Inspection(Not Applicable refer to article 7.2。

证书上要求显示合同号、LC号、货物名称、船名及航次、检验委托方Issue 1 is 3 of the weight and quality certificate. Contract number shown on the certificate requirement, LC number, goods name, name of vessel and voyage to test the Client8.基本价格和价格调整Base price and price adjustment8.1基本价格Base price基准每公吨CIF价98美元，此价格包含货物在装运港的ORC、拖车费、驳船费以及货物装载到货船上的等费用。
基本价格将用加减的方法进行调整，以致买方付给卖方的每吨价格将按第5条质量保证而确定的，如果装运质量的任何化学成份，除发热量外没有达到的条规定，基本价格将按下列内容加减如下：The base price of CIF USD98/MT shall be adjusted, so that the price per MT payable by buyer to seller for the shipment shall be in accord with the guaranteed quality of article 5. If the shipment does not meet any of the chemical specifications other than GCV, the base price shall be decreases as follows:8.2 价格调整Price adjustment8.2.1. 总水分（收到基）Total moisture (ARB)如果所装煤炭由SGS或INTERTEK在卸货港做出的总水分百分比超过了17%，每增加1%的总水分相应扣減总重量1.2%, 18%以上买方可以拒收；If total moisture percentage determined by SGSor INTERTEK China at the discharge port is above 17%, every 1% of the extra moisture will have the penalty as to deduct 1.2% of the total quantity. The Buyer has the right to reject the shipment if the moisture is over 18%.(Not applicable)8.2.2. 热值（收到基）For net calorific value content基本价格以6300大卡/千克（空干基）为基础，超过6300大卡/千克（空干基）部分，每增加100大卡/千克则价格相应增加1.3美元/吨，但超过6600（空干基）大卡部分不加价, 低于6300大卡/千克，每低100大卡减1.3美元/吨低于6100大卡/千克拒收。
