信用证软条款（SOFT CLAUSE）
一、限制信用证生效的条款（non-operative clause）
1.This credit is non-operative unless the opening bank give further
advice.
2.Whether this credit is operative depends on the fact that the
importer could obtain import license.
3.This credit is non-operative unless the name of carrying vessel
has been approved by applicant and to be advised by L/C opening bank in form of an L/C amendment to beneficiary.
二、限制出口人装运的条款
4.Shipment can only be effected upon receipt of an amendment of
this credit advising name of carrying vessel and shipment date.
三、限制出口人单据的条款
5.The documents beneficiary present should include an inspection
certificate signed by applicant or its agent.
6.The documents beneficiary present should include a
manually-signed letter by the applicant stating that the name of carrying vessel.
四、限制出口人交单的条款
7.The beneficiary can present the documents only after the shipping
sample has been confirmed by the applicant.
五、开证行有条件付款责任条款
8.The opening bank is obliged to pay only after goods are shipped to
the port of destination.
9.The opening bank will responsible for payment only after goods
has been cleared or approved to import by the authorities concerned.。
