整体建筑、规划由国际知名建筑设计大师黑川纪章设计，在国内首次采用了“吊杆斜拉悬索结构”，序列井然的吊杆呈现出迷人的浪漫风格，大挑檐的屋顶营造出浓郁的东方氛围；整个建筑造型新颖别致，富有强烈的时代感和现代气息。
Zhengzhou International Convention and ExhibitionCenter, located at the heart of the Central Business District (CBD) of the new urban area of Zhengzhou, is a symbol building of the new Zhengzhou. The whole body is a large size modern exhibition hall invested by the People's Government of Zhengzhou City.The building designed by the internationally renowned architectural design master Kisho Kurokawa, adoptssuspension structure of cable-stayed hanging barfor the first time domestically, where hanging bars in order appears charming romantic style, roof of large flyingbrim creates strong eastern atmosphere.
