YHDM580B/750A数控立式双端面磨床主要用途：本机床可加工各种外形异形和圆形的金属、非金属薄型零件（轴承、阀片、铝合金板、密封件、油泵叶片、活塞环等）上、下两平行端面的高效精密磨削。
主要特点：1.采用三菱E70数控系统，性能稳定可靠，人机界面友好。
2.零件加工中上、下两平面同时分层次进行磨削，加工精度高，不须辅助定位（如磁盘）.3. 双端面磨削与砂轮修整控制程序(软件著作权:211R11S04392),实现高精度磨削。
4. 磨头进给采用高精密滚珠丝杠副(专利号:ZL200520050915.X)，进给精度达0.001mm。
5. 磨头电主轴采用变频调速驱动，转速150-950r/min。
6. 送料盘送料电机采用变频调速器驱动，转速1-10r/min 。
7. 冷却液经磁性分离、纸带过滤、沉淀过滤３级过滤，冷却机温度控制后循环使用。
8. 采用铰链式圆盘送料机构（专利号:ZL200820052659.1），开启灵活，更换和修整砂轮方便。
