Hereinafter referred to as the “ EMPLOYEE',

Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ PARTIES ”.

甲方、乙方以下统称“合同双方”。

In accorda nee with the Labour Law and other releva nt laws and

regulations of the People ' s Republic of China, the PARTIES have

con cluded the followi ng labour con tract (here in after referred to as the

“ CONTRACT)

合同双方依照《中华人民共和国劳动法》以及中华人民共和国其它相关法律法规,共同约定以下劳动合同(以下简称“本合同”)。

1.1. The EMPLO YEE will have the followi ng positio n: 该员工将担任以下职务:

COMPAN Y and or the compete nee and abilities of the

EMPLO YEE the COMPAN Y may adjust the positio n, duties and resp on sibilities of the EMPLO YEE.

若由于本公司管理编制的需要及/或由于该员工本人资格与能力的原因,本公司可在必要的情况下对该员工的职务和工作职责进行适当调整。

ARTICLE 2: TRIAL PERIOD

第二条:试用期

2.1 The trial period will start on the date of sig nature of this CONTRACT. The

duration of the trial period is three (3) mon ths. Duri ng the trial period the EMPL OYEE will be bound by all articles of this con tract.

试用期自本合同签署之日起开始,时间为三个月。在试用期间,该员工受本合同全部条款所约束。

2.2 After the specified trial period and if no no tice of term in ati on is give n the

EMPLO YEE automatically becomes employed un der the terms and con ditio ns of this CONTRACT.

在约定的试用期内,若该员工没有收到关于解除劳动关系的通知,在试用期满后,该员工自动转为本公司正式员工,执行本合同规定的条款。

3.1 The durati on of this CONTRACT is twen ty-four (27) mon ths.

本合同期限为27个月。

3.2 This CONTRACT maybe exte nded upo n agreeme nt of both PARTIES. An exte

nsion to this CONTRACT shall come into force only after a writte n agreeme nt

has bee n sig ned by both PARTIES.

本合同经合同双方同意后可以续签。只有在合同双方签署书面协议后,续签的合同方能生效。

ARTICLE 4: SALAR Y

第四条:工资

4.1 The COMPANY shall define its own salary policy in accordance with regulations

stipulated by the state and municipal governme nt. The COMPAN Y shall en sure that the mon thly salary of the EMPLOYEE is not less than the minimum pay sta ndard set by the local gover nment.

本公司将依照中华人民共和国和北京市有关政策法规制定本公司的员工工资标准。本公司保证该员工的月工资将不低于当地政府规定的最低工资。

4.2 The EMPLOYEE will receive a gross V monthly or 口annual salary

of 3,000.00 renminbi (RMB3,000.00) and increase thereafter the basis of the staff performa nee, the econo mic developme nt of

the COMPAN Y and accordi ng to the salary policy of the COMPAN Y approved by the Board of Directors of the COMPAN Y, and etc.

该员工税前工资将为V每月或口每年叁仟元人民币,今后将按照该员工的工作表现、本
