Regulation On Premise Leasing of Beijing (hereinafter referred as to the Regulation), Party A and Party B, of their ownvolition, upon friendly negotiation, hereby agree to sign this contract for the deal that Party A lets the premises which is legally owned by Party A to Party B and Party B lease from Party A the said premises.
