双方达成如下意见：二、双方职责孔子学院总部（国家汉办）的具体责任与义务：1．根据对本职位人选的要求推荐教师；2．保证中方教师按照校方开学时间如期到任；3．提供中方教师工资；4．提供中方教师的国际旅费；5．提供汉语教材及其教辅材料。

四、关于修订协议条款的变更及其他未尽事宜可由双方另行商定，并于双方签字同意后生效；五、争议的解决有关本协议执行中出现任何争议，应由双方协商解决。
六、期限和终止本协议自签订之日起生效，有效期两年。
协议到期后，如双方均无异议，协议有效期将自动延长两年。
本协议一式两份，用中文和英文两种文字写成，具有同等效力。

孔子学院总部/国家汉办_________________代表代表AGREEMENT ON PROVISION OF CHINESE LANGUAGETEACHERS BETWEENConfucius Institute Headquarters (HANBAN), CHINAAND___________________1FRAMEWORK OF COOPERATIONConfucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), China, by this Agreement hereby agrees to dispatch Chinese language teachers to ___________________ in its efforts to support the Chinese language teaching at ___________________, both Parties have reached the following understanding:2DUTIES OF THE PARTIESSpecifically, Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), China, shall provide the following support:2.1Where requested by ___________________, recommend and provide Chinese language teachers inaccordance with the specific requirements of ___________________;2.2Ensure that the Chinese language teachers take up their teaching positions at___________________ at the commencement of the academic year;2.3Provide salaries for the Chinese language teachers;2.4Provide the Chinese language teachers with the international transport expenses;2.5Provide Chinese language teaching materials and teaching aids.Specifically, ___________________ shall provide the following:2.6Provide teaching venue(s) and equipment for the teaching activities of the Chinese language teachers;2.7Provide furnished accommodation for the Chinese language teachers for the duration of their tenure at___________________, with a housing area of no less than 60 (sixty) square meters, equipped with kitchen and lavatory facilities;2.8Provide medical insurance cover for the Chinese language teachers in line with the standard medical aid of___________________ in accordance with its policies and regulations;2.9Provide the necessary office conditions required by the teaching activities, including the office space andfacilities;2.10Ensure that the Chinese language teachers enjoy the same rights and privileges as other teachers in similarpositions at ___________________;2.11Issue a letter of invitation to the Chinese language teachers recommended and provided by ConfuciusInstitute Headquarters (Hanban) and assist in their application for requisite Visas;2.12Safeguard to the best of its ability, the rights, interests, safety and security of the teachers provided byConfucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), if there is an emergency, the Chinese language teachers’ rights and interests must be maintained and their personal and property security must be protected.3JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS3.1Curriculum: Spoken Chinese, listening, reading and etc.;3.2Teaching Target: Students organized by ___________________3.3Working hours: 5 days per week, 4 teaching hours per day.3.4Basic qualification requirements for the Chinese language teachers:(a)The candidate should have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area;(b)The candidate should be a university lecturer or above;(c)Be able to speak in English in teaching and daily communication.4AMENDMENTSNo amendment, variation or alteration of this Agreement shall be of force and effect unless agreed upon by both Parties, reduced to writing and signed by both Parties.5SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTESAny disagreement or difference between the Parties that may arise out of this Agreement shall be settled amicably through cordial consultations or negotiations between both Parties.6DURATION AND TERMINATIONThis Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing and shall be valid for a period of two (2) years, renewable for such further period and on such terms and conditions as the Parties may agree.
