付款方式：买方应由卖方接受的银行，于装运月份前30天，开具以卖方为受益人的不可撤销可转让的即期保兑信用证。至装运月份后第15天在中国议付有效。买方所开信用证不得增加和变更任何未经卖方事先同意的条款。若信用证与合同条款不符，买方有责任修改，并保证修改之信用证在合同规定的装运月份前至少15天送达卖方
Payment mode: The buyers shall open with a bank acceptable to the Sellers and irrevocable, confirmed, without recourse, transferable L/C by draft at sight in the favor of the sellers. L/C to reach the sellers 30days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until 15th days after the month of shipment。In the Buyer’s L/C, no terms and conditions should be added or altered without prior to the Sellers consent. The Buyers must amend the L/C, if it is inconsistent with the stipulations of this contract, and the amendment must reach the Sellers at least 15days before the month of shipment stipulated in this contract
唛头：买方应在合同装运期前30日内，将唛头的详细说明以明确的形式通知卖方，否则由卖方自行决定
Shipping Marks：The detail instructions about the shipping marks shall be sent in a define form and reach the sellers 30days before the time of shipment of aforesaid. Otherwise, it will be at the sellers’ opti on.
商品检验：买卖双方同意以卖方所在地中国进出口商品检验局提供的检验证书，作为品质和数量的交货依据
Commodity Inspection:It is matually agreed that the Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by the Import and Export Commdity Inpection Burea at the sllers’ place shall be considered as the basis of d elivery
索赔：
有关质量的索赔，应于货到目的地后30天内提出，有关数量的索赔，应于货到目的地后10天内提出，提出索赔时，买方须提供卖方认可的公证机构出具的检验报告，但属于保险公司或船公司责任范围内者，卖方不负任何责任
Claims：
Claims concerning quality shall be made within 30days and claims concerning quantity shall be made within 10days after the arrival of the goods at the destination. Claims shall be supported by a report issued by a reputable surveyor approved by the Sellers, claims in respect of matters within the responsibility of the insurance company or of the shipping company will not be considered or entertained by the Sellers
