合同法律声明：
1.中国互联网络信息中心（cnnic）是通用网址注册管理机构，
负责运行和管理通用网址系统，维护通用网址中央数据库，研究和开发相关技术和标准，制定通用网址相关管理办法。乙方（_______________________）是中国互联网络信息中心（cnnic）授权的注册服务机构。
2.甲、乙双方必须遵守本合同及其附件《cnnic用户通用网址注册协议》的相关规定，享受相应的权利，承当相应的义务。
3.本合同之附件《cnnic用户通用网址注册协议》和本合同具有同等法律效力。
4.乙方在收到甲方的货款后两个工作日内完成通用网址的注册或续费。
5.乙方负责向中国互联网络管理中心（cnnic）提交甲方注册的通用网址的其他增值推广服务，通用网址的增值推广服务内容随（cnnic）的调整而调整，该调整的最终解释权归（cnnic）所有，乙方不再另行通知；增值推广服务内容（如网易、新浪等站点的推广增值服务）是否正常显示或更改，取决于中国互联网络信息中心的政策变更与技术支持。
