摘要

1991年12月25日苏联解体后，中国和俄罗斯延续了中苏的关系。在过去的近20年中，国际经济状况和两国国内环境都有不同的变化，面对复杂多变的国际、国内形势，中俄两国建立了战略协作伙伴关系，并不断扩大深化两国各方面的合作。

中国和俄罗斯是世界上举足轻重的经济体。目前，中国已经跃升为俄罗斯的第一大贸易合作伙伴，俄罗斯也成为中国的重要贸易合作伙伴。中俄双边贸易总额尽管有了很大发展，但是仍然存在层次低的特点。分析中俄双边贸易结构，巩固两国战略合作的基础，提升中俄经贸合作水平是目前两国相关领域的学者共同关心的重大问题。

本文从中俄的贸易历史开始，通过分析2002年—2011年十年间中俄两国双边贸易的相关数据，简述了两国双边贸易的现状、进出口商品结构分析以及中俄双边贸易存在的特点，最终得出结论并提出了对策和建议。

ABSTRACT

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union on December 25, 1991, China and

Russian continues the relation of Sino-Soviet. During the past 20 years, international

economic situation and their domestic environment have different variations. Faced

with the complicated international and domestic situation, China and Russia have

established a strategic cooperative partnership, and they expand the bilateral

cooperation in various areas.

China and Russian are both the world’s important economies. At present, China

has emerged as Russia's largest trading partner; Russiaalso has become China's major

trading partners. Although China and Russian has significant progress in bilateral

trade, there are still some problems, such as low level. Analysis of the structure of

bilateral trade between China and Russia, consolidate the foundation of bilateral

strategic cooperation, and enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation

between China and Russia are the common concerns of scholars in related fields

between the two countries currently.

This paper starts from the history of trade between China and Russia, by

analyzing the 2002 - 2011 decade, bilateral trade between China and Russia related

data, outlines the status of bilateral trade, import and export commodity structure

analysis and characterized by the presence of bilateral trade between China and

Russia. Ultimately concluded and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
