新媒体环境下政府公共危机处理机制构建
Abstract
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development
ofsocialist market economy, China has entered the key development stage of
economictransformation, social transformation and cultural transformation. In
this very period,the conflicts of interest among different groups are intensifying.
The blowout of manysocial problems, such as environment, resources, social equity
and public health, willbecome a bottleneck that hinders the further development
of economy and society.
At the same time, news media, through carrying and disseminating a lot
ofinformation, are more and more affecting production relations and
superstructure,affecting peoples production mode and life style. News media is no
longer a simplegovernment mouthpiece in traditional sense, but plays a different
role in public crisismanagement. It affects and even determines the direction of
public crisis development,thus becoming one of the indispensable main forces in
public crisis management.
But in todays era of rapid development of new media, traditional media is not
onlythe media, new media give and the disseminator role is no longer fixed,
onecommunication process is not the governments monologue, but related to
thegovernment, traditional media, network operators and SMS and other new
media,audience etc. the number of the main problems. How to deal with the social
public crisisunder the new media environment? How does the government and the
people use thenew media to dissolve the crisis? How does the legislative law
enforcement departmentregulate the spread of new media under the social public
crisis? This is the problem thatwe are going to solve at the moment.
In view of this, how to manage the media in public crisis and make the new
mediaplay an active role in the public crisis has become one of the key issues to
be solved. Inthis paper, the government public crisis management in the new media
for the role ofthe object, on the basis of previous research, tries from a media
reporter from theperspective of public crisis management in the public and the
media as the core of thestate of public crisis, to explore the general rule of
communication media in publiccrisis.
This article takes the public crisis management theory, media management
theory,the public dissemination of psychology as the basis, using empirical
research, caseanalysis, literature research method, through the media play on the
public emergencies have happened or in public crisis and effect analysis, problem
analysis, theestablishment of public emergencies especially new media to deal
with the media andthe government, the public and good communication between the interaction framework,provide countermeasures or decision reference for the
government and the media toestablish emergency response mechanism.
