课程简介：
法理学是法学的一般理论、基础理论和方法论。

本课程教学目的是使学生能够掌握法的概念、法的本体、法的起源和发展、法学方法论、法的运行、法的作用和价值、法与社会等法理学的基本论题和问题；初步掌握通贯整个法学体系的法学基本范畴，诸如法、权利、义务、法律行为、法律关系、法律责任、法律价值等基本概念。

本课程安排四次课堂专题讨论，安排五次课堂作业，以帮助学生对课程的基本知识和前沿问题有比较全面、深刻的掌握。

Jurisprudence,which means the philosophy of law,or legal theory,or Methodology of legal theroy, is a study of the nature and the origin and development of law. This course will apply the concepts and techniques of philosophical analysis to an examination of the nature of law and issues surrounding legal reasoning, and the relationship among law, morals and theories of justice. It is our main aim that students have an initial command of basic concepts of mordern jursiprudence, such as law, rights and obligation, legal relationships, legal procedure, Legal values,and so on. There are four seminars and five homeworks in this course in order to help students have a good command of the fundermental knowledge and frontiers of legal theory.
