我是一名3副(2) I shall keep a navigation watch from 0800 to 1200 and from 2000 to2400 while underway at sea.在海上我值守0800-12000-2400班(3)Ishall keep watch on the bridge while mooring ,unmooring or anchoring.我在船舶系泊，解缆，抛锚时负责驾驶台值班(4)I am responsible to care of all lifesaving appliances,fire fighting equipment and ensure that all of them can use immediately when we need.,我的责任是所有救生和消防设备,以确保他们在需要时是可以立即使用的。
1.我是一名三副，在甲板部工作2.在航时，我在0800-1200,2000-2400值班3.系解缆，抛锚收锚时，我在驾驶台值班4.负责船上就生消防设备，保证可用Describe the responsibilities as a watch officer while the ship is at anchor.描述在抛锚时作为值班员的责任。
(1)observe the anchor position,note down the vessel’s heading and depth of water, and mark the anchor position on the charts;值班员应该观察锚位，船首向和水深，在海图上标出锚位。
2) The officer on watch and the sailor on duty should keep watch on thebridge 值班员和水手应该驾驶台值班(3) maintain proper lookout, pay attention to the nearby vessel’s position,check the anchor position frequently;保持正规瞭望,注重那附近船舶位置，频繁检查锚的位置,。
(5) observe the weather, tidal and sea state观察天气，潮汐，海况(6)Ifdragging,must notice the master and the engine room and do some emergency measures,like releasemore chain;走锚时必须告知船长及机舱和实行紧急措施比如松出更多的锚链。
1.观察锚位，船首向，水深。
在海图上标出锚位2.驾驶员和值班水手应在驾驶台值班3.保持正规瞭望，注意附近船舶位置，频繁观察锚位4.正确挂出号灯号型，能见度不良时鸣雾号并通知船长5.观察天气，潮汐，海况6.走锚时通知船长，机舱，做一些必要措施Describe the proper way of using VHF描述正确使用VHF方法(1)Switchon the power,select the channel,and turn up the volume,then you can receive message on that channel. If you want to transmit message, press the transmitting button and speak. 1接接通电源,选择频道和放大音量,在那个频道你就可以接收讯息。
如果你想发送信息,按传输按钮和说话。
(2) Keep listening watch on channel 16 at all times and use dual-watch tolistening other frequency在16频能够全天的有人在驾驶台职守，使用双值守守听其他频道(3) Use channel 16 only tocontact and then change to another frequency;使用频道16仅仅建立联系,然后在换成另一频道。
(5)channel 16 is only to be used for calling in cases of distress, safety andurgency. 16通道高频仅限使用遇险,安全性和紧急时使用(6)don’t chat on channel 16别在16频道上闲聊1.接通电源，选择频道，放大音量，即可接受那个频道的信息，如果要发信息，按传输按钮后说话即可2.全天值守在16频道，使用双值守守听其他频道3.遇险电话和信息在16频道有绝对的优先权4.16频道仅在遇险时使用5.别在16频道上闲聊Describe the procedures before arrival at a port描述抵达港口程序（1）send ETA or other information to the port station ;预计到港时间和各类相关信息发送给港口岸台（2）change auto polit to manual sterring变自动舵为手动舵（4）hoist the vessel’s national flag and port flag,挂船旗和港口国旗（5）check and inspect the mooring equipments,anchoringequipment,emergencyequipment,record it检查,检测系泊设备、锚机设备,应急设备、做好记录（6）stand by both anchor,prepare mooring lines备双锚，备缆绳（7）engine room should change oil and shandby engine换油，被车(8) Preparing the all certificates,准备各种文件1.预计到港时间和相关信息发送给海岸电台2.变自动舵为手动舵3.检查测试助航设备，通信设备4.挂船旗，港口国旗5.检查系泊锚泊设备，应急设备，作好记录6.备双锚，备缆绳7.机舱换油，被车8.准备各种文件Describe the procedures before leaving a port描述离港业务(1)turn on all navigation aids and check if in trouble检查助航仪器看是否正常。
(2)try sheering and record in navigation log试舵并记录在航海日志上(3) keep VHF contact for port station and report port be ready for leave.和港口保持在VHF联系并通知港口准备离港(4) have anchors clear and ready for use;锚清爽、随时可用。
(5)closecargo holds, ensure deck cargo are safety.关闭货舱，确保甲板货安全(6)the master notice chief engineer the ETD before 24 hours to leave船长提前24小时通知轮机长出航时间(7)securityinspectthoroughly. ensure no person unconberned staying onboard 彻底的安全检查，确保没有无关人员在船上1.检查助航仪器是否正常2.试舵并记录在航海日志上3.和港口保持VHF联系并通知准备好离港4.锚清爽，随时可用5.关闭货舱，确保甲板货安全6.船长提前24小时通知轮机长出航时间7.彻底的安全检查，确保没有无关人员在船上Describe the procedures of pilotage。
描述引航的程序（1）If the ship request a pilot should send the following information to the pilot station as early as possible:船如需要引航员，驾驶台应该及早向引航站发送以下信息(1)ETA or ETD )预计到港时间或预计离港时间(2)Ship’s name, call sign, ship’s agent;船名、呼号、船舶代理。
(3)Ship’s leng th, breath, speed, draft,。
船的：:长度、宽、速度，吃水。
(4) pilot’s boarding time, boarding place;引航员登船时间和地点（2）The ship should get ready the pilot ladder, a heaving line, lights and a lifebuoy. Hoist flag G应该准备好,引航梯、撇揽灯光和一个救生圈。
悬挂G旗（3）The third officer and duty sailor are taking the pilot on board and ensure safety三副和指派水手负责接引航员上船并确保安全1.船舶如果需要引航员，要给引航站发送以下信息1.预计到离岗时间2.船名，呼号，船舶代理3.船的长，宽，船速，吃水4.引航员登船地点，时间2.应该准备好,引航梯、撇揽灯光和一个救生圈。
悬挂G旗3.三副和指派水手负责接引航员上船并确保安全Describe the procedures of carrying dangerous cargo on board.描述船上其它货物运输危险程序。
(1)The chief officer should obtain information of the dangerous cargo from the shipper. The information includes the following:大幅应该从托运人获得危险货物的信息。
信息包括如下:packing, classes and UN No. ;包装等级和编号。
tons to be loaded;被装载的吨数production and destination country;生产国和目的国loading and discharging notice装卸货通知(2)while loading and dischargingcheck the documents核对文件ensure careful and safe loading and discharging;小心和安全的装卸ensure the stow and separate are carefully 确保积载与隔离安全hoist flag B, notice “No Smoking”挂B旗，“请勿吸烟”标志(3)During the voyage,在航行中,Control the temperature and ventilation, keep cargo away from heat and water 控制温度，通风，远离热源，水源1.大副应该在托运人处获取危险货物信息：包装等级代码，联合国编号，装载吨数，生产地目的地，装卸货通知2.装卸货时要核对文件，小心安全的装卸货。
