4. 租金

4.3如乙方逾期支付租金，则每逾期一日，乙方应按日租金的壹倍向甲方支付逾期违约金。如乙方逾期超过七日，除如数补交租金及逾期违约金外，在未经甲方谅解的情况下视为乙方擅自终止本合同，乙方须按本合同第9条承担违约责任。

6. 其他费用

7. 甲、乙双方的权利、义务
