1.和客户认识比较久,持续的沟通,内容相对也比较简单。
但这里要强调的是,无论客户回复邮件是否有称呼,我们自己必须要有称呼,而且使用Dear,要形成习惯。
2.说到价格问题,避免直接拒绝。
比如,“不行,我就这个价格,你能做就做,不能做就不做”。
沟通也是要循序渐渐的,价格可以慢慢平衡。
客人让步的同事,自己可以让的也要适当的让步,不能让的,要多做解释说明,让人信服。
