产品调查问卷分析

Abstract:
This questionnaire is commissioned to study the college students’ attitudes towards souvenir pictures. In order to know that and if our company can offer products to meet people’s needs, I make an investigation and study the results of this survey.
1. Methodology and procedure
We use the form of the questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we design thirteen questions. Each of can study people’s attitudes towards the souvenir pictures.
A total of 10 individuals participate the ten questions involves an aspect about souvenir pictures. And they are all from university students. Although the number of people involving this survey is small, they are covering different grades and to some extent, it still can stand for some point of view. If time permits we can design more questions in this questionnaire and find more students to join in this investigation.
After stating these questionnaires, we use excel to make charts in order to make our investigation more clearly and vividly. Through the statistics, we can get our conclusions. Then we analysis the results and have our recommendations.
These are our methodology and procedure about this investigation.
2. Presentation and results
In this part, I will give nine charts. Each chart represents the result to the corresponding question. Then I will give some explanations to these charts.
Among this investigation, there are six girls and four boys. Although the number of boys is small, it meets JXUFE’s ratio of boy to girl. All of them are students from JXUFE university
PART Ⅰ
From these three charts, we know many of us will miss the
old days, most of people like to take pictures and the frequency is high, we can see from this that our company ’s product has it ’s certain market. We can provide the method of miss the old time. It is sure will be popular, meet their needs.
PART Ⅱ
From part two, we know, as a student, there are so many happy time we spend every day, they are young, they have a desire to record their memorable time, many of them have bought some autograph albums, and they have own idea about the size、material and etc. Of course, the price we must control!
PART Ⅲ
From this part, the customers describe their own need of the product. They miss the past time, they have their reasons, they prefer to go to the photo shop or professional company to make the autograph album, and the autograph album should be designed meet their needs. We should develop our product to the expect they want!
3.Conclusion
After analysis the information we have got, we have a more clear target and direction we should develop, our slogan is “ A service makes the lifetime memories.”Memories make our life more beautiful and meaningful, with our help, you can never miss the memory time, record it and read it may be after many years, just think it, how sweet, A service makes the lifetime memories, record from one point, you will have a excellent harvest!。
