主要依据《钢结构设计规范})GB50017-2003和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》GECS 102:2002等国家规范,综合考虑设计工程的规模、跨度、高度及用途,依据“适用、经济、在可能条件下注意美观”的原则,对各组成部分的选型、选材、连接和经济性作了比较,最终选用单层门式钢架的结构形式。
梁、柱节点为刚性连接的门式钢架具有结构简洁、刚度良好、受力合理、使用空间大及施工方便等特点,便于工业化,商品化的制品生产,与轻型维护材料相配套的轻型钢结构框架体系己广泛应用于建筑结构中,本设计就是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。
主要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合,在此基础上确定梁柱截面,对梁柱作了弯剪压计算,验算其平而内外的稳定性;梁柱均采用Q235钢,10. 9级摩擦型高强螺栓连接,局部焊接采用E43型焊条,柱脚刚性连接,梁与柱节点也刚性连接;屋面和墙面维护采用双层彩色聚苯乙烯夹芯板;另外特别注重了支撑设置、拉条设置,避免了一些常见的拉条设计错误。
