On School Canteen

To: Logistics department of the Shandong Institute of Business From: The students come from the Shandong Institute of Business Subject: Recommended management practices on school canteen Our students made team that includes 8 persons to analyze these answers. As us teem discussed one week, we got some conclusion from the questionnaire .Here is the report I requested November 20 regarding school canteen.
47.5% of students think canteen prices were too high and 25% of students think that they can accept prices .That students who think it is a little cheap and the number of students quite expensive is about the same. So according to existing conditions, canteen’s prices should be appropriate.
10% of students believe food’s taste is good .82.5% of students think it is just so-so. And 5% of the students think it is too bad .So the cafeteria cooks should be related to vocational training in order to be suitable for students of life and environment of food.
Summary: Canteen for any general or is not satisfactory. There is some lack of expression of components of small, single dishes, service unsatisfactory, lacking in taste and nutrition and so on.

services should be improved.
First of all, canteen should Increase the cleaning staff, regular cleansing, disinfection tableware to ensure the transparency of health canteen, so that everyone eat at ease, peace of mind. At the same time, we should expand the scale of additional windows, sterilization, improve service quality, increase food component. Secondly, we should extra the work time so that students could eat fresh food whenever they want. Thirdly, making the price lower and release some concessions to attract customers. Collecting the most popular dishes aim to students regularly and dishes updated irregularly.。
