1. Test Box Check
测试盒检测
Press the “BAT TEST” button in order to test all the green lamps.
Check the four small 1.5 V batteries inside the box if the lamps
are not on.
按下“BAT TEST ”按钮，检测所有绿灯。

如果绿灯不亮，请检查
4节1.5伏干电池。

Switch all contacts to the right. The test box is OK if all green
lamps, except flooding are on.
将所有开关打向右边。

如果除了溢流开关外，其它所有都绿灯亮，
测试盒正常。

Note: The spindle vibration alarms cannot be checked with this
test box. 注意：主轴的振动不能由此测试盒来检查。

2. Atomizer Check
雾化器检查
2.1 Oil pump not running:
油泵不工作
Oil flow low, green lamp is off.
油量低，绿灯熄灭。

2.2 Oil pump running:
油泵工作
All green lamps must be on.
所有绿灯必须亮 Note: The lamp for flooding will only be on when the flooding
electrodes on the atomizer are short circuited with a piece
of electric wire. 注意：溢流指示灯只有雾化器上的溢流电极与电线构成短回路时才
会亮。

3. Alarm Panel Check
报警面板的检查
Check that the electronic relay for flooding is installed behind the
alarm panel. The relay has either a fixed resistance or it must be
set to 25 kΩ.
检查安装在报警面板后面的溢流继电器。

该继电器或有一个固定的
阻抗，或必须将起阻抗值设置成25 kΩ
3.1 Switch all contacts to the right - no alarm in the panel.
把所有触头打向右边-面板上无报警
3.2 Check each contact one at a time by turning to the left.
Wait for the alarm and check that the delay is as specified
in the electrical documentation. After 1 minute switch back
the contact to the right and check that the alarm disappears
on the panel.
将每一个开关分次打向左边检查每个触头，一次检查一个。

等待报警，并根据电子文档上的说明检查继电器。

1分钟
后，将触头打向右边，检查报警是否从报警面板上消失。

3.3 Disconnect the test box and re-connect the atomizer to the
alarm panel. Short circuit the flooding electrodes on the
atomizer with a water wetted piece of cloth and check that
the flooding alarm is activated on the alarm panel.
断开测试盒连接，将雾化器连接至报警面板上。

用一块湿布
将雾化器上的溢流电极短路，检查报警面板上的溢流报警是
否激活。

Note: It is recommended that the person near the atomizer is in
radio or telephone contact with the person near the panel.
注意：建议雾化器旁与报警面板旁的测试人员使用无线电设备或电
话交流。

CAUTION
注意
Do not connect the test box to the atomizer and the alarm panel at the same time. There are no
electrical connections inside the test box between the green lamps and the switches, i.e. the
alarms from the atomizer will not be transmitted to the panel.
请勿同时将测试盒接入雾化器和报警面板。

测试盒内绿灯和开关之间没有电信号连接，即：雾化
器的报警信号将不会被传送至报警面板。
