4) Remove closing cover on the shaft. 移除传动轴的隔离罩5) Place shatomizer in shaft 将喷雾器置于传动轴上6) Connect all couplings on cover in the same order as described above,with the exception of the steel cable. 同样按照以上顺序联接除钢帘线以外的盖罩的所有部件。
7) reset Vibro Check in electrical cabinet 在电气柜中复位震动仪。
8) Place switch electrical cabinet to manual 将电气柜开关设置为手动9) Give release cooling air fan 打开空气冷却扇10) Place switch electrical cabinet on local auto 将电气柜开关设置为本地自动11) Give release PU 释放PU-If the temperature of the primary water is less than 28°C, theheating starts to operate Switching operation ON – 28°C – 32°C –OFF如果初始水温低于28°C,加运行热开始（28°C开 32°C关）-When the temperature of the bearings has reached 20°C, thecompressed air valve of the lubrication unit opens, this is protected viathe program. Further operations are not possible until this temperaturehas been reached.如果轴承的温度达到20°C，润滑单元气压阀启动，这是程序设置的保护程序。

Then the lubrication unit starts to operate, and the PLC activates theoil pump at certain times. If you wish to achieve optimal oil-airoperation in the pipes, it is recommended to already activate this 48hours before the appliance starts to operate. You can accelerate thisperiod by regularly manually activating the pump (manual run).然后润滑单元启动，PLC将在特定的时间激活油泵。

12) Check of all settings (oil lubrication pressure, sealing air pressure,General air pressure, flow rate of sealing air).检查所有的装置（油润滑压力，空气密封压力，一般空气压力，空气密封气流）Before starting up, it is recommended to make a complete check ofAll settings (see settings sheet).在本设备启动前，推荐进行全面的部件检查（见第二章部件）Visual check of the oil-air flow. 目检油气流动情况。
13) Adjusting speed. 调整速度The speed used is 10,000 revs./min. Depending on the process, thiscan vary to a maximum of 12,000 revs./min.使用速度10000转/分钟。
根据运行情况，可调整的范围最大为12000转/分钟。
14) Resetting of all alarms 所有的警报复位15) Appliance is ready to be started. 本设备整机待命，等待启动。
16) When heating the installation, ACTION TEMPORARY STANDSTILLis initiated. 本设备安装过程中，设置为暂停静止状态。
1.2 START UP AFTER STANDSTILL: 暂停结束，开始启动NOTE: Cooling air fan is still rotating, PU still released.注意：冷风扇仍在转动，电源处于接通开启动状态。
1)Place shatomizer in wait position placed closest to the shaft.将喷雾器置于离传动轴最近的等候区域。
2)Cover in hoist.置于起重机下方。
3)Connect couplings to shatomizer in following order: 按以下顺序联接各部件- Connect steel lifting cable 联接钢帘线- Power plug 连接开关- Control plug连接控制开关- Cooling water in 冷水输入- Cooling water out冷水输出- Lime milk / and water石灰乳/和水- Sealing air 空气密封- Removal of blocking coupling oil lubrication and place on holder卸除油润滑装置隔离联接器，放在底座上- Installation of oil lubrication coupling 安装油润滑装置联接器。
4)Remove closing cover on the shaft 移除传动轴的隔离罩5)Place shatomizer in shaft 将喷雾器置于传动轴上6)Connect all couplings on cover in the same order as described above with theexception of the steel cable.同样按照以上顺序联接除钢丝绳以外的盖罩的所有部件。
