1.SCOPE OF APPLICATION应用范围
Storage and water distribution systems cleaning.
储存和水分配系统的清洗。
2.PURPOSE目的
To eliminate the remainders of accumulated dirtiness on the materials to be in contact with water, once the installation is completed and before its starting up.
在完成装置后、启动装置前,清除与水接触的物品上的累积污物的残留。
3.PROCEDURE程序
3.1.Previous rinsing初始冲洗
It serves for the purpose of eliminating all the …big‟ remainders left in the system as a consequence of the assemblage operations, and checking the whole drain capacity of the system.
用于清除因组装操作而造成的系统中的“大”的残留物,并检查系统的整体排放能力。
∙Fill up the tank to 25% with purified water and make it circulate throughout the system, for 15 minutes.
向储罐中装纯化水,装到储罐容量的25%,并使其在整个系统中循环15分钟。
∙Drain the loop, opening every draining and user‟s point valves.
打开每个排放阀和用点阀门,对回路进行排放。
Note: If the hydrostatic test had been done before, the previous rinsing is not necessary
注:如果之前进行了静水压试验,则无需进行初始冲洗。
3.2.Cleaning solution preparation清洗液的配制
Prepare the solution of alkaline detergent to be circulated through the system.
配制将用于在系统中循环的碱性清洗剂溶液。
∙Fill up the tank, up to approximately a 25% of its capacity with purified water. It‟s necessary to fill up the system with the sufficient amount as not allowing the pumps to get unprimed.
往储罐中加入大约为储罐容量的25%的纯化水。
必须向系统中加入足量的水,使泵被装填。
∙Add detergent solution to obtain an approximate concentration of 1%.
加入清洗剂溶液,以便得到大约为1%的浓度。
∙Add antifoam agent in the concentration recommended.
在溶液中加入防泡剂。
3.3.Cleaning solution recirculation清洗液的循环
Eliminate from the system the cleaning solution by means of recirculation.
通过循环作用从系统中清除清洗溶液。
∙Connect the pump and make recirculate the detergent solution + antifoaming for 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
连接泵并使加了防泡剂的清洗剂溶液在环境温度下循环30分钟。
∙Once passed the recirculation time, a neutralisation process with nitric acid should be carried on before the first drainage, the pH is between 6.5 – 7.5,then proceed to empty the system, as described above (opening the draining tank valve and the using points ones).
循环时间结束后,在排放之前应采用硝酸进行中和操作,PH值为6.5-7.5之间,然后按照上面所述对系统进行排放(打开储罐排放阀和用点阀门)。
3.4.Final rinsing最终漂洗
∙Fill up the tank with purified water.
往储罐中加入纯化水。
∙Switch on the pump/s so to recirculate the water through the loop during 10 minutes.
打开泵,使水在回路中循环10分钟。
∙Empty the system once more.
再次排空系统。
∙To verify that the rinsing has been completed, two criteria will be utilized:
为了证明已经完成漂洗操作,将采用两个标准:
-Firstly, as a gross approximation, the target is to obtain water without any colour from the system.
首先,作为粗算,目标是从系统中得到无色的水。
-Once obtained a liquid of colourless rinsing, the cleaning final point will be decided upon pH determination.
得到无色的漂洗液体后,根据pH测定值决定最后的清洗点。
∙Acceptance criteria: Installation cleaning will be considered finalised when: 验收标准:当达到如下所述条件时,认为装置的清洗已经完成:
If the pH is greater than 20% will be adjusted with acid until the pH is the range.
如果pH值大于20%,将用酸进行调节,直至pH处于规定范围。
Note 1: If is not possible the circulation the test will be done in static.
注1:如果不可能进行循环,则在静态下进行试验。
Note 2: If is possible heat exchangers the circulating will be done at 60ºC , 30 min.
注2:如果不可能采用换热器,则在60ºC下循环30分钟。
4.Data Sheets数据表
The following sheets have to be filled in by client and Austar Projects field manager at any time a cleaning process is to be executed.
下面数据表必须由北京仟草中药饮片有限公司和北京瑞蓝科工程技术有限公司项目现场经理在执行清洗操作时随时填写。
The first one materialises the agreement between both parts on the procedure to be used for the realization of the cleaning test.
第一张数据表将双方同意的关于进行钝化处理试验所使用的程序具体化。
The second one takes in the obtained data during the cleaning test‟s realization and offers final prove of it.
第二张数据表包括进行清洗试验时所得到的数据并对其进行最终证明。
