8.9、装卸时间的起算
多数航次租船合同范本都规定，装卸时间应当在 船长有效地递交了“装卸准备就绪通知书(notice of readiness,NOR）后的某一时间开始起算。
第一，船舶必须抵达合同规定的装卸港口或地点； 第二，船舶必须实际上准备就绪，可以装卸货物； 第三，准备就绪通知书必须按规定的方式递交给

（1）规定每舱口装卸率(rate per hatch):规 定每良好天气工作日每舱口应装卸货物的 数量。
装卸时间=货物数量/日舱口装卸率×舱口数
（2）规定每吊钩的装卸率(rate per hook)

8.8、装卸时间的规定方法
（一）以“日”规定装卸时间 (3)weqther working days：指在工作日中不受天
气影响可以进行特定货物装卸作业的时间。
所谓天气不良，通常指大风、雨、雪、大雾和巨 浪等。
不良天气必须是客观存在的。 好坏天气是指装卸作业地点的天气。 天气的好坏应当记录在“装卸事实记录”中。

（三）按“习惯装卸时间”计算
